FILTRATION SYSTEMS
Pressure sand filter, Dual media filters, Activated carbon filters
We offer pre-filtration systems for separation of suspended particles, organic matter and to remove colour and odour from water.
We manufacture all types of filter vessels in MS rubber lined and SS 316L/SS 304 material. We also offer FRP filter vessels of Wave Cyber brand.
Standard filtration media such as quartz sand, Coconut shell high iodine value activated carbon, Anthrecite and special activated clay Filterite media are used in our plants as per the specific requirement to achieve the best results. These filters are available in manual as well as in completely automatic operation mode.
CARTRIDGE FILTRATION SYSTEMS
FILTRATION SYSTEMS/SELF CLEANING TYPE FILTRATION SYSTEMS
We design, fabricate and supply micron cartridge and bag filtration systems for various liquid filtration requirements. As per the requirements filtration systems are available in SS 316 L/SS 304, PP and FRP housings. These systems are used for water and chemical filtration. We also supply self cleaning type filter for high flow rates. DISTILLED WATER PLANTS
Distilled water plants for making battery water and laboratory grade reagent water. These plants consist of pre filtration, DM, Mix Bed plant with 0.45 micron final filtration. These plants are available from small to large scale applications.
DISINFECTION SYSTEM
We offer disinfection system for water disinfection in form of UV light systems and ozonators. Multiple UV lamp systems are also available for specific needs.
SOFTENERS/DM PLANTS/MIX BED DM PLANTS
We offer softners and De Mineralization plants in FRP and MSRL vessels. Manual as well as automatic operation mode is available. We use resin of standard make from reputed manufacturers.
REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS/ULTRA FILTRATION SYSTEMS
We design RO systems as per raw water parameters. We manufacture RO Systems / UF systems from 250 Lit/ Hr to any capacity required. Salient features of our RO systems as are follows :
This relatively latest technology is used to process water of high purity standards. We offer EDI modules from SNOWPURE USA.

EDI is a process to obtain ultra pure water. Produce water of consistant quality from 1 to18.2 MegOhm-cm resistivity or 1 to 0.057microsiemens/cm conductivity. Confirm to USP grade water as “purified water” (PW) and “water for injection” (WFI) Replaces DM and MB systems. Continuous process,no shut downs, No regeneration, compact size, low energy.
