EFFLUENT WATER RECYCLE SYSTEMS

For zero discharge systems. we design and install special systems forrecycle of ETP effluent from industries.

SURFACE AERATOR

The surface aerator is one of the most important constituents of a waste water treatment plant, where the effluent is required to be treated biologically.
The unique design of the aerator’s impeller ensures that the effluent thrown out by the impeller stays suspended in the air for a longer period of time thus enabling maximum contact with air leading to maximum oxygen transfer into the effluent that is being treated. The aerator thus performs two functions: one is dissolution of the atmospheric air into the effluent by virtue of its operation by which the oxygen in the air gets mixed with the effluent giving the bacteria the much needed oxygen to survive and breakdown the components in the effluent. The other being the proper mixing of the effluent to ensure maximum biological contact due to its mixing action.

Topdoer Surface Airators

DISTILLED WATER PLANTS

Low speed (45 to 60 rpm), thus facilitating smooth movement of biomass without fragmentation.

Non-clogging type impeller · curved vanes of the impeller provide smooth water gliding and thus no erosion

Conical skirt provides automatic reduction in power consumption with drop in water level

High tank depths up to 5 mtr possible with draft tube

Highly efficient gear box with a high service factor – suitable for robust working and fewer mechanical breakdowns.

Applications:

Aerators are typically used for wastewater applications like sewage and effluent treatment. Typical applications for floating aerators include oxygenation floating aerators can be used equally well for sewage and effluent treatment

Topdoer Aerator Range

Range

Aerators ranging from 3 hp (2.2 kw) to 60 hp
(45 kw) motor capacities.

Performance

Aerators have an oxygenation capacity averaging between 1.8 kg/ kwh and 2.0 kg/ kwh at standard conditions depending on the model.

1. Turnkey Effluent Treatment / Sewage Treatment / Water Treatment Plants

We undertake concept to commissioning projects; our range includes Conventional treatment processes like Activated Sludge, Extended Aeration to Advanced treatment processes MBR, MBBR, Zero Liquid Discharge etc

2. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies & Environmental Audit /Environmental Statement:

We conduct Environmental Audit covering Environmental Performance Evaluation, Waste Reduction, Water Conservation, etc.

3. Consultancy Services:

Based on the treatability & feasibility study carried on bench scale or based on the design load specified by client, we undertake Basic and Detailed Design Engineering of Sewage & Effluent Treatment Plants.

4. Detailed Project Reports (DPR):

We prepare Detailed Project Report (DPR) for various CETPs, ETPs and STPs.

5. Operation & Maintenance Services / Troubleshooting Projects:

Aquachem believes in providing continual support to its clients even after commissioning of the ETP’s by operating & maintaining the plants with manpower & technical support. We undertake troubleshooting assignments of Existing Effluent Treatment Plants and have many O&M projects for select clients.

6. Treatability & Feasibility Studies

Our laboratory is fully equipped with Pilot plant set-up for both Aerobic & Anaerobic studies. This facility helps us to take projects on CONCEPT to COMMISSIONING basis. This also helps in cross checking of feasibility of particular treatment vis-a-vis effluent characteristics.
