The Sewage Treatment Plant process is similar to the way that a Septic Tank works but mechanical components provide a process to help break down solids to produce a cleaner, more environmentally friendly effluent. Modular sewage treatment Plant is a closed steel module with three chambers – aeration, settling and discharge-disinfection. Each chamber features the necessary access for inspection. This modular construction allows the increase of the processing capacity by placing more plants in parallel. All the instruments and control elements of the plant are properly housed to avoid pilferage and damage. These plants generate minimum noise & odour.

STP BASED ON SBR TECHNOLOGY

We are representing ATB Gmbh GERMANY who developed most innovative and cost-effective technology for decentralised Sewage treatment process. In India we are representing them as channel partners.
We worked with ATB GERMANY as local solution provider and took responsibility of installation and commissioning of the STP as well as provide after sales service. The STPs are based on SBR process and we can offer two of the products from them
1) PUROO SMALL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS, are Clean, safe, economic and efficient plant. The specialty is it will work smoothly even in case of overload of sewage or under load of incoming sewage without hampering the quality of treated water.
2) AQUAMAX BASIC & AQUAMAX CLASSIC these are for higher capacity of sewage treatment where there is heavy load fluctuation. This is having patented technology where less no of electrical pump is required as compared to other plants and also practically no manpower.
