Prashant Mahankal
He had more than 25 years of practical experience in Design of water treatment Plants based on conventional Resin Exchanger and RO and UF technology . He had successfully designed the RO & UF and other Plant based on the inputs provided by customers for their Process Water as well as Waste Water treatment. He had supplied, installed and successfully commissioned the Plants on Field. He developed the expertise of intricacies of latest membrane technology and can provide the solutions to complex process and also can solve the issues related to old Plant .
Shashikant Kotharkar
He has a background of Mechanical & Production Engineering and handles the Projects Procurement and Project execution, Site Management and handles all commercial aspects of the Business. He had experience of more than 25 years as manufacturer of Water & waste water equipment and supplied the various equipment to reputed companies in India. He set up a company in the name of VARUNA INDUSTRIES which has been operating successfully since the last 20 years, manufacturing Rubber Rollers required for Printing & Industrial Application. He is taking care of Sales & Marketing & Business Development of TOPDOER and and actively implementing the growth.
